He is playing a role. Recall, Klaus recently singled out libertarians as being a threat to the system. They are using this guy to paint libertarians/anarchists as unhinged lunatics (chainsaw????), and when Argentina goes to complete shit, they can say 'anarchy was tried and not only failed but was a complete disaster'.
When the people need a hero, one will be supplied...
