Like the Somalia agrument, when a nation fails and all established systems collapse, leaving people in a true state of chaos, and who do not want a stateless society, it is not the same thing as a group of people with similar goals of a peaceful and voluntary society sans any centalized authority. Will there be problems? Of course. But none that dont already happen, often through the actions of the state.
